Busuttil Technologies Limited is a software automation company currently looking to recruit a Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. Working with some of the largest organisations with varying requirements and across a multitude of industries, you will play a key role in the architectural design, development, and deployment of each project.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding client requirements and product specifications to provide solutions.
• Design and develop new and improved software applications.
• Test, deploy and maintain applications to ensure requirements are met.
• Manage deadlines and deliverables of the overall product.
• Perform code reviews, mentor, and share knowledge with colleagues and clients.

Skillsets and Requirements

• Knowledge of any programming language on the back-end side, preferably C/C++/C#/Python.
• Experience in at least one of the following high-level technologies; Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Flutter, or Node.js.
• Keen interest in automation and IoT, preferably with experience in embedded systems.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services or Azure will be considered an asset.
• Ability to think analytically.
• Good communication skills in English.
• 1-2 years of work experience in Software Development would be considered an asset.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development or a related area.
